She has been actively involved in every aspect of trials and appeals at the state and federal levels and is known for her compassion and concern with the welfare of her clients and her commitment to providing the most effective representation to achieve positive results.
Beth brings her high level appellate experience to Kaupp & Feinberg, LLP. She has excelled at appellate work and achieved great success before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Even before she began her career in law more than ten years ago, Beth built up a long history of working on behalf of the rights of women, LGBTQ persons, people of color, and prisoners. She worked on both the east and west coasts for over 15 years as an organizer and legal assistant to many legal organizations, including the ACLU and Lambda Legal Defense & Education Fund, fighting for equal rights and fair treatment for all.
Beth continues this focus in her San Francisco legal practice, which has included representing parents and minors in juvenile neglect and dependency cases, and years of immigration practice in the federal courts and before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Department of Homeland Security. Beth continues to represent immigrants and others in the areas of employment, personal injury and civil rights.
